Shipping
We ship within the UK and worldwide. Please note that orders outside the UK may be subject to international customs duties and local sales tax when your order arrives.
Our standard delivery time is between 3–5 working days. Orders placed before midday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the next working day, depending on the delivery method used.
We use Royal Mail and Evri tracked delivery. You can track your order once we have sent you a tracking number.
Artwork sold by Artists’ Apothecary will be sent in protective packaging and insured.
Please use the dropdown box at checkout to choose from the available shipping options. All orders over £55 receive free shipping.
Returns
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product and credited using the original form of payment.
We advise using recorded delivery, as we are not responsible for items that go missing in the post. Artists’ Apothecary cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Please include a note in your parcel with your name, address and order number, if possible. Returns without a name and address may not be able to be processed.
Sale items
Items purchased in a sale cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. This does not affect your consumer rights.
Faulty items
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately through our contact form with your order details. We may ask you to send a photograph of the damage. We will send a replacement if one is available; otherwise, a refund will be issued.
Custom and commissioned work
Custom-made-to-order products and commissioned artwork sales are final and are not eligible for a refund.
